Gorgeous Fifth wheel with tons of space in like-new condition. The great layout and five slide-outs make room for the whole family to spread out. Sleeps 8+. Large kitchen with center island, full-size fridge, oven, microwave, range, lots of cupboards, and large pantry with w/d hookups. Dining table has four chairs. Living room has electric fireplace, large entertainment center with TV, two couches, and two recliners. Both couches fold out to double beds with sleeping space for four people. Bathroom has porcelain toilet, large shower, and lots of storage. Bedroom has king size bed. Stairs lead up to spacious loft above the bedroom. It includes two mattresses. We added a smaller mattress between the beds to make an extra sleeping space for a small person. We purchased the interior/exterior protection ($1500 value) that has a 5-year warranty. Also includes the 5-year tire and wheel service contract ($1000 value). We upgraded to the larger 30-pound propane tanks (two), and two 12-volt deep cycle batteries. Other extras include a water softener, water hookups, sewer hookups, surge protectors, electrical adapters, extension cords, leveling kit, and tire chocks. Also comes with the Anderson Hitch to hook up to your gooseneck ball. All these extras really add up and are not included when you buy new from the dealer! This RV was completely serviced at Camping World last May. The black tank was flushed, slide-out seals were replaced, and furnace was replaced.
