The garage is 8 by 12 ft, vinyl coated, and includes two sleeper sofas and a happijack queen sized electric bed. There is a half bath off the garage and access to a loft bed which overlooks the living room.

The living room/galley kitchen area includes a sleeper sofa, dinette bar with chairs, entertainment center with TV/DV/Stereo, a U-shaped kitchen with 3-burner stove, microwave, residential sized refrigerator, storage pantry, and hanging closet.

Located in the front of the trailer is the master bedroom which includes a queen bed with under-bed storage, nightstands, wardrobe, TV, and overbed storage.

A main bathroom sits between the living room and master bedroom and amenities include a large shower, vanity sink, medicine cabinet, linen closet, and toilet.

Other equipment and features include an outside kitchen and TV, two awnings, 30 gallon fueling station, front hydraulic jacks, 15,000 BTU A/C unit, a 15,000 BTU forced air furnace, and 60 lbs. of propane storage.
